These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mens Leadership Community, a non-profit civic and social organization dedicated to men's leadership development and religious-based ministry.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or participate in our community activities. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those modifications. We will notify members of significant changes through email or announcements at our events.
These Terms of Service apply to all users of our website, participants in our leadership programs, attendees of our events, members of our community, and anyone who engages with our content, whether online or in person. By participating in any capacity, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Mens Leadership Community is a non-profit civic and social organization that provides comprehensive leadership support, religious-based men's ministry, and community engagement opportunities. Our mission is to foster personal growth, spiritual development, and leadership excellence among men through structured programs, mentorship, fellowship, and service to the community.
Our organization offers a diverse range of services designed to support men at various stages of their leadership journey. These include structured leadership development programs that focus on building essential skills such as communication, decision-making, team building, and strategic thinking. Our programs incorporate both secular leadership principles and faith-based teachings to provide a holistic approach to personal and professional development.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Our programs are designed for adult men who are committed to personal growth, leadership development, and community engagement. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and willing to engage respectfully with others who may hold different perspectives while sharing common values of integrity, service, and continuous improvement. As a participant in our community, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that reflects the values of respect, integrity, and mutual support. This includes treating all members, staff, and guests with courtesy and consideration, maintaining confidentiality regarding personal information shared within the community, and contributing positively to group discussions and activities.
Members are expected to honor their commitments to attend scheduled events and programs, or to provide advance notice if circumstances prevent their participation. Active engagement in community activities, willingness to support fellow members, and openness to personal growth are essential components of meaningful participation in our organization.
Mens Leadership Community is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all participants. All members and participants are expected to adhere to our code of conduct, which reflects our core values and ensures that our community remains a positive force for personal growth and leadership development.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from programs or termination of membership: harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind based on race, ethnicity, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic; use of threatening, abusive, or offensive language or behavior; disruption of events, programs, or community activities; violation of confidentiality or privacy of other members; promotion of illegal activities or substances; and any conduct that undermines the safety, dignity, or well-being of community members.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for violence, threats of violence, or behavior that creates a hostile or unsafe environment. Any participant who engages in such conduct will be immediately removed from our programs and may be permanently banned from future participation. We reserve the right to report serious violations to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
We expect all participants to demonstrate respect for diverse perspectives and experiences, practice active listening and constructive communication, maintain appropriate boundaries in relationships with other members, honor commitments and follow through on responsibilities, and contribute to a culture of mutual support and encouragement. Members should approach disagreements with humility and a willingness to understand different viewpoints, seeking resolution through respectful dialogue rather than confrontation.
All content provided through Mens Leadership Community services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video content, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Mens Leadership Community or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Educational materials, program content, and resources provided to members are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission from Mens Leadership Community. You may download and print materials for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you maintain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials.
The Mens Leadership Community name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Mens Leadership Community. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans mentioned on our website or in our materials are the trademarks of their respective owners.
If you submit content, testimonials, feedback, or other materials to us through any means, you grant Mens Leadership Community a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you submit and that such content does not violate these Terms of Service or any applicable laws.

As a non-profit organization, Mens Leadership Community strives to make our programs accessible while maintaining the quality and sustainability of our services. Some programs and events may require registration fees, membership dues, or other charges to cover costs associated with materials, facilities, speakers, and program administration.
When you register for a program or event that requires payment, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of registration. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and must be paid in full before the start of the program or event unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various payment methods, and you are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is current and accurate.
Failure to pay required fees may result in cancellation of your registration and inability to participate in programs or events. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services for accounts with outstanding balances. Late payments may be subject to additional administrative fees.
Refund policies vary depending on the specific program or event. Generally, cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date may be eligible for a full refund minus an administrative fee. Cancellations made 7-14 days before the start date may receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are typically non-refundable, though we may offer credit toward future programs at our discretion.
In the event that we must cancel a program or event, we will provide a full refund of any fees paid. We are not responsible for any additional costs you may have incurred, such as travel or accommodation expenses. Specific refund terms for each program will be clearly communicated at the time of registration.
We believe that financial circumstances should not prevent men from accessing leadership development opportunities. Limited financial assistance may be available for those who demonstrate need. Mens Leadership Community provides leadership development programs, community support, and religious ministry services with the intention of fostering personal growth and positive change. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from participation in our programs.
The information, guidance, and support provided through our programs are for educational and developmental purposes only and should not be construed as professional advice. Our services are not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, legal advice, financial planning, or medical treatment. If you require professional services, we encourage you to seek qualified professionals in the appropriate field.
While our mentors and program leaders bring valuable experience and wisdom, they are not licensed therapists or counselors unless specifically stated. The peer support and guidance offered within our community should be understood as fraternal support among men committed to mutual growth, not as professional mental health services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mens Leadership Community, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your participation in our programs or use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms of Service or your participation in our programs shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
By participating in our programs and events, you acknowledge that certain activities may involve physical, emotional, or social risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation and agree to take responsibility for your own well-being and safety. You should consult with appropriate professionals before engaging in any activities that may affect your health or well-being.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mens Leadership Community, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms of Service, your violation of any rights of another person or entity, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your participation in our programs and your use of our services. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, membership, or participation in programs at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service, violation of our Code of Conduct, behavior that is harmful to other members or to the organization, or for any other reason we deem appropriate in our sole discretion.
You may discontinue your participation in our programs or membership at any time by providing written notice to us. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to member-only resources, events, or programs. Any fees paid for ongoing programs or memberships may be subject to our refund policy as described in Section 7.
Upon termination of your participation or membership, all provisions of these Terms of Service that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
We are committed to resolving any disputes or concerns in a manner consistent with our values of respect, integrity, and mutual understanding. If you have a complaint or concern about our services, we encourage you to first contact us directly to seek an informal resolution.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact us at Andrew@mensleaderscommunity.com or call us at 737 396 2075 to describe your concern and attempt to resolve it informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve disputes through direct communication and mutual understanding. Most concerns can be addressed through open dialogue and a commitment to finding solutions that honor our community values.
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms of Service shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
If informal resolution efforts are unsuccessful, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation before pursuing litigation. Mediation shall be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Allen, Texas, or another mutually convenient location. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties unless otherwise agreed.
Mens Leadership Community reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify members of significant changes through email, announcements at events, or notices on our website. Changes will become effective upon posting to our website or as otherwise specified in the notice.
Your continued participation in our programs or use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should discontinue your participation and notify us of your decision. We encourage you to review these Terms of Service periodically to stay informed of any updates.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines posted on our website or provided to you in connection with specific programs, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mens Leadership Community regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its intent.
No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms of Service shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms of Service or your rights and obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms of Service or our rights and obligations under them at any time without restriction and without notice to you.
Mens Leadership Community shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms of Service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
